This Privacy Policy explains how the Zen Sudoku mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we process

Game data. Your puzzles, progress, saved games, and statistics are stored locally on your device only (in the App's local database). We do not require an account, name, or email to use the App, and this data is never uploaded to our servers.
Settings. Your preferences (theme, board style, gameplay options, app language) are also stored locally on your device.
Advertising data. We show banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's policies below.

3. How we use the information

Solely to provide the App's features: saving your puzzles, progress and statistics on-device, remembering your settings, and showing ads to keep the App free. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not have servers that store your game data.

4. Data retention

All game data and settings stay on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Your choices

You can clear the App's saved data at any time from your device's App info settings, reset your advertising ID in your device settings, and uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
